With the flurry of spring flowers bursting from the ground and the light becoming kinder, it’s time to look forward to sunny days, alfresco fun and Wilderness Festival…
‘Wilderness is a treasure trove of hidden realms for lovers of music, dance, theatre and cabaret, with world-class food on offer for friends and families alike.’
Wilderness Festival takes place from 3rd-6th August at the beautiful Cornbury Park nestled deep in the Oxfordshire countryside. This enchanting rural estate turns into a thriving arts community providing something for everyone for four days of the year.
Fresh off the press, we can now look forward to musical headline acts ‘Two Door Cinema Club’, ‘First Aid Kit’ and ‘Toots and the Maytals’ whilst stirring up a storm in the kitchen is our friend Yotam Ottolenghi (who cooked at No.38 The Park for the Cheltenham Literature Festival) and the lovely Thomasina Miers and to name but a few of the foodie gurus on the bill. Throw in the Lakeside Spa, late night antics in The Valley and workshops, well being and a wealth of family fun and there you have it, Wilderness 2017.
Look out for our exclusive competition to win two weekend Wilderness Festival tickets and a night at No.38 the Park, home of The Lucky Onion Club, launching on the blog very soon. www.theluckyonion.com/journal/ or to buy tickets visit www.wildernessfestival.com
