On Wednesday 31st January, delve into an evening hosted by No.131’s Head Chef Alan Gleeson, as we launch the monthly series of Chef Talks. Immerse yourself in all things provenance as we guide you through a unique tasting menu showcasing our devotion to pioneering great food.
Each course will be described by Head Chef Alan along with the curation of the dish and why certain ingredients work so well together. We have some of the finest producers attending who all share our passion for exceptional produce and freshly prepared dishes.
This will be the perfect opportunity for these foodie maestros to share their background and knowledge with you. As a final flourish, the dishes will be paired with a flight of wine and our team at No.131 will talk you through, glass by glass.
