No.38 The Park joins forces with Spice Kitchen, a family run artisan spice and tea company. They source the freshest, raw spices from around the world to hand-blend, hand-roast and hand-grind them to create authentic recipes.
They have appeared on the Hairy Bikers Comfort Food and have been recognised on numerous occasions for their products and their entrepreneurship in The Independent, The Guardian and The Telegraph.
Dishes on the night will include Kohlrabi Carpaccio with Garam Massala Oil, Onion Bhaji Scotch Quail’s Egg, Chai Smoked Lamb and Togarashi Spiced Pineapple with a Peach and Pink Peppercorn Sorbet.
Tickets £45 to include an arrival drink from 6pm.
