Dunkertons Mulled Cider Recipe
Tis the season for all drinks mulled and so continues our Tweleve Ways to Christmas. We’ve managed to get our hands on an original recipe from Founder Susie Dunkerton for you to try at home. And if you really don’t want to do the dishes, we’ll be serving mulled wine and cider at all of our bars over the festive period.
2 liters of medium sweet cider
20cl of rum
18cl of orange juice
2 sachets of mulling spices
A teaspoon of honey if you’d like
Put all of the ingredients above into a heavy bottomed pan and heat slowly without boiling.
When steaming hot remove the spices and pour into a warmed glass or punch bowl.
