It’s summer and what better way to enjoy the sunshine than a huge sun trap terrace, large BBQ area, plenty of gin, DJs until late and an Australian chef?

Join us at No.131 every weekend this summer! Executive Chef Ronnie Bonetti loves cooking on the BBQ and not just because he was born in Australia. He says “I just love the simplicity, it packs flavour and allows you to do pretty much anything from grilling and smoking to slow cooking. My favourite cuts to use are T-bone steak, flattened chicken, and pork skewers with Italian sausage.” Hands up who wants to be first in the queue!
