Hosted by The House at 131, The Yellow Kite Author Series will bring together a range of the UK’s best lifestyle, wellbeing and mindfulness authors in a unique series of evening events, to explore their works and share lively conversation on how to live life well, in a magnificent setting.
Yellow Kite publishes non-fiction lifestyle books that have a clear purpose: to help readers explore ideas and new thinking around what it means to live well. Their goal is to publish the very best books in the genres of health, diet and nutrition, wellbeing, conscious living, mental health, relationships and parenting. .
Headed by publisher Liz Gough, Yellow Kite focuses on books that offer practical advice and will help you live a good life. Liz says: “Life and work boundaries are blurring and people are looking for ways to manage and be productive while also taking care of their mental and physical wellbeing. At the same time we are all becoming more aware of how precious our planet is, and how we need to protect and respect it. As we celebrate our 5th birthday in 2019, I am delighted to be taking part in the Cheltenham Wellbeing Festival and to be introducing some of our expert authors to festival-goers to discuss a wide range of wellness topics.”

Combining science and psychology to provide practical tips and strategies for good sleep with expert sleep therapist MBCT and clinical hypnotherapist Natalie Pennicotte-Collier, a breathwork session with Stuart Sandemanwho will teach techniques for breathing to help reduce stress and anxiety and to improve energy. All in the beautiful setting of the House at 131 and whilst enjoying some calming treatments and refreshments that will help aid a better sleep.
